One Jewish Boy receives an ONCOMM 2020 award!
During the ‘unprecedented’ situation that is Covid-19 – written by Stephen Laughton, directed by Sarah Meadows and starring Asha Reid and Robert Neumark-Jones – One Jewish Boy had its run at Trafalgar Studios cut short after its first, incredibly successful, week.
Recognising its quality writing, relevance and controversial themes – the OnComm is a very welcome acknowledgement of the production, produced as a Scene Change Productions and Greenwich Theatre co-production, in association with Norel Productions.
TARTUFFE – Winner of BEST PRODUCTION Award, Adelaide Critics’ Circle 2020
Award-winning Liz Lochhead’s Scots Tartuffe was awarded the Adelaide Critics’ Circle BEST PRODUCTION Award – selected out of over 1,200 registered events. Directed by Tony Cownie and starring Nicola Roy, Andy Clark, Joyce Falconer and Harry Ward.
Produced by Scene Change Productions in Association with Royal Lyceum Theatre Edinburgh, The Stephen Dunn Theatre Fund and Holden Street Theatres, Tartuffe was presented against the awful Australian wild fires and the beginnings of the global pandemic.
Managing Covid-19 Safely – SOLT/UK Theatre

Ed Littlewood, chair of SCP, has successfully completed the SOLT/UK Theatre ‘Managing Covid-19 Safely‘, as part of the national See it Safely campaign.
INTRUDER by Remi Rachuba
SCP is proud to be supporting Intruder – a bilingual (English-Polish) solo-play, written/performed by actor, Remi Rachuba, and directed by Marcus Montgomery Roche. It tells a story of a Polish man, who comes to Scotland to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor and is confronted with traumatic events.
Supported by Arts Council England and Creative Scotland, the 2013 draft was shortlisted for 2013 Adrian Pagan Playwrighting Competition at London’s King’s Head Theatre and got to the final shortlist in the BBC Writersroom Drama.
