SVETLANA

Ed Littlewood Productions – presents SVETLANA

Assembly George Square Studios Studio Five

31 July – 25 Aug (not 13 and 20) 22.35 – 60mins

The War oan Terror? Whit’s it f*****g like?!” A new kind of war requires a new kind of warrior – a woman, a Russian, a wee Glesca Hairy… Cold as ice, deadly as a cobra, common as muck!

Story-telling and stand up with a little light killing on the side… Our Glaswegian heroine shares a typical day as a deep cover operative.

Starring Nicola Jo Cully, Svetlana is a welcome tonic in troubled times. Written by Paul Matthews and directed by award-winner Laila Noble (The Bright Spark Award/ Theatre Uncut shortlist).
